A monthly social for tech related discussions, projects, and showcases, Code Depot is intended to be a free form Hackerspace of sorts for the Dovico team and associated network. Each month a group project will be chosen and participants can freely help develop an open-source solution that is shared as a public GitHub repository here.
There will be agroup chosen subjects for dicussion, chosen each month and presented the follow month. Presentation and personal project showcases are also encouraged.
The main idea here is to step outside our every day work cycle and try new things, learn from each other, and share our mutual passions for technology.
Far from completely pointless, these projects are meant to be playful, inspiring, and not always with a useful purpose. Sometimes its just fun to play with technology.
